Working with non-profits for over 20 years, Mr. Cataldi has learned that there is more to life than money and riches.  To live richly is one thing, but to live with true wealth is another.  This wealth of knowledge I have received in performance has given him the insight to realize that the arts are gift not only appreciate, but to experience.  It led him in the year 2000 to establish and found Caprice Music Ensembles (www.capriceme.org), an organization whose mission is to unite young emerging talent with private and intitimate audiences across the midwest.

Through effective management, audiences and performers can both benefit from one another.  The degree to which effective management can be measured is determined by the effectiveness in illusion with which the art depicts.  Outside of all things, if an audience is made aware of their surroundings during an actual performance, a distration from the experience of the desired ambiance, then management has to more streamline its process.
